challenging, but enjoyable. Connected with great people who made the process smooth. Met with 4 people across the talent team. Process took 4 weeks and communication was great. I am pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was.

I was contacted by a Recruiter after applying directly. and I was requested to give available times to set up a phone call which I provided. We completed our phone discussion about a week later. At the end of the call I was informed I would be contacted for next steps. I followed up with a "thank you" email, no response. I then followed up again about a week later with a check in on next steps, no response. Not a good look for a Recruiter trying to recruit Recruiters. Disney is all about Guest Experience but I think they need to work on Candidate Experience while trying to attract talent.
