Really laid back and fun! Interviewer was very nice and excited, so if you’re relaxed and confident in yourself and the answers you give, the interview itself should go smoothly. Make sure to really share your excitement and fit key words in like the 5 keys to really make you shine!
I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Chapel Hill, NC) in Jan 2013
Interview
1) Online application
2) Online assessment judging your consistency of responses
3) Phone interview with recruiter
I asked the recruiter if she could tell me about her story, how she got involved with Disney. She explained how she started off in quick service food and beverage and moved out to CA to work for Radio Disney. I interviewed for an intern position while doing my college program. I asked that other recruiter the same question and the interesting part was that the response was almost IDENTICAL! I wrote down the recruiters' names so it was not necessarily the same person. This made me very skeptical that these recruiters have a scripted response to this question which is disappointing.

It was very easy! I was interviewed for a short time which kinda scared me but I got accepted. I loved working there!! I would advice to just be confident and answer at your best possible abilities
