Very normal process - nothing out of the ordinary. Just make sure you are very prepared and study the company / division that you are interviewing for. Be friendly, positive, and professional. Disney is very competitive company to get into, so you will have competition, So, make sure that you stand out.

Extensive process; in the end they went with an internal candidate.
1. Phone interview with recruiter.
2. Phone interview with hiring mgr.
3. In person interview with two teams of two people lasting an hr each.
4. 2nd in person interview with the dept mgr.
Contact with recruiter was great despite the waste of time and disappointment.
