I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Santa Rosa, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
I arrived early. I wore minimal makeup which she said was a perfect look for the job. My interview was with 1 other person and the manager liked our availability as well. We were asked to introduce ourselves and say our favorite character and why. Then we were given a "situation" in the store to handle. We went over physical appearance requirements. After the interview we were talked to privately about filling out additional paperwork. I came in about a week and a half later for training.
