I was asked for the interview 2 weeks after I submitted an application. The 30-min Skype interview was overall good, especially the interviewer was very nice encouraging. Questions were predictable, but did not expected to be selected for the next stage.

The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
