Interview
Went for 2 rounds of interview, first with the direct manager. Being asked questions about what I want to achieve and what my past experience is like. The last one is with the Director. Shed light on company's vision and what she expects from me.
I had an initial phone call with a recruiter and then two interviews— one with the hiring manager and another with a potential teammate. The interviews felt more like an opportunity to get to know each other.
