The interviewer only asks a few questions about myself in my job history. The questions were very straightforward, and I was contacted within two weeks after. Just be yourself and be very descriptive.

Interview went well. Typical "Name a time" scenarios. I'd recommend being yourself and use common sense. If you have customer service experience you should have plenty of examples for the questions.
