Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The process was more conversational than formal. We initially discussed the position I was interested in, covering my understanding of the role, my qualifications, and what I was hoping to achieve in the position. As we talked, the interviewer got a better sense of my skills and interests, and we ended up discussing a different position that seemed to be a better fit for me.
The fully online interview consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on past experiences and situational responses. Overall, the process was smooth, efficient, clearly organized, and very easy to complete from start to finish without any issues.
She didn’t even ask any interview questions just my availability make sure that your interviewer is Octavia. She is so chill with her associates. It probably only lasted about 10 min
Very simple, previous Walmart employee so they basically just hired me on the spot. Interviewed with manager and answered customer based, situation based, scheduling questions. Over the phone and then in person.
