I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Stratford, CT) in Jan 2011
Interview
Interview done by an assistant manager. He asked a lot of questions that had nothing to do with the simple job of pushing carts inside the store. it seemed maybe a test of honesty may have been more appropriate for when/if a person may hit a car with a cart or something.
Interview was a laid back process once you get a call back from Walmart after putting in an application. The questions were standard questions for a typical first time employment job interview.
