They ask questions about what you would want out of the job. What the standards are and when you’re available to work. Retention is also brought up in conversation at some point
The interview process was smooth, just be honest and be yourself and you'll pass with flying colors. They will take anyone with a pulse. They have good benefits and ok pay.
