Interview process situation based. Took 2 months overall process to be hired. Approval needed by Regional but did not do interview with him. Interviewed with HR Manager first one on one and then 2nd interview done by Market Manager.

All went good. Rich history of growth.
High expectations. Very professional

Plus main corporate manager .
