I had two phone interviews and a group interview with ten other people. The phone interviews were pretty much the standard screening type of interview. The group interview was different than any I had before. We were paired with a partner and asked to ask them three questions that they provided, then introduce them. Then there was a "speed dating" thing they did with different managers asking you a question you had 60 seconds to answer then you they switched.
