Application process must be done through store computer or over the internet. Towards the end, applicant must complete an assessment. Applicant should follow-up with the store manager, after application process.

Simple common questions ask such as availability, experience, why you decided to pursue your career at Wal-Mart.
Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. The starting pay was too low and I declined. Big company but pays low wages to employees not worth it. A lot of turn over it seems
It was easy and interviewer was friendly. I answered all the questions and got the job offer. It’s all about customer satisfaction and customer experience. Customer is centre of attraction here.
