Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

Interview
Very simple. Apply online, they will give you a call in a few weeks. Come to an interview with two or more of management. They will ask questions of experience in reliability and how you handle stress. After the interview you take a drug test, then they post your schedule.

In your last job, did you ever encounter any circumstances where you had to act on your own judgement?
The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
