First-round was a phone screen followed by a group case interview. The case wasn't very difficult conceptually but was designed to test teamwork and knowledge of the business. The phone screen was pretty typical.

Interview
Full day interview in the Mississauga office with panels from different areas of the business. Mostly team activities with other candidates to showcase leadership, teamwork, and public speaking. All interview questions were behavioural, no technical questions.

The recruitment process for Walmart begins very early. I applied for the position the first week of September and took part in various stages throughout the entire month.
