Applied online, two weeks later received a phone call. Met interviewer in store then had an interview with the department manager. Process took about 20 minutes, later was offered a job that same day. Was told when to return for training

Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
