I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Hayward, WI)
Interview
Submit an application online, includes a test basically asking how you would handle certain customer service situations and asking if you've ever stolen from a former employer. My interview was with only one of the assistant managers. She asked me like two questions and hired me on the spot.
(they will only ask you like three questions and you'll most likely be hired on the spot no matter what because they go through employees very quickly)
Interview was a laid back process once you get a call back from Walmart after putting in an application. The questions were standard questions for a typical first time employment job interview.
Lotta people in a room together, answer situational questions about what would you do in various situations. cleaning stuff up. what tasks do you priority ect. asked if you had reliable transportation
