I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Cibolo, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
I was asked a simple question and was offered two positions of which were my choice. I wasn't exactly told what the position entailed. I was pretty much just thrown in and wasn't fully trained or trained at all really. However, I was warned by a former co-worker that it would be this way.

Question 1
Describe a time someone asked for your assistance and you successfully executed the task.
the process was very easy and straight forward. It was conversational and sort of just a vibe check and asking which department that has openings fits your preferences. Felt more like onboarding.

Question 1
What experience do you have in the past that will support you in this role?
Very quick and easy. Asked basic questions common with that of entry level jobs. Were very communicative and friendly as well. Also, was easy to ask questions and got a lot of thorough responses. So 10/10 I would say, would do again. Also, it was an in person interview.
