I applied for this job three times since May 2011 in hopes of getting a quick boost of income. They made me wait for the longest time. When I finally got the interview I filled out a form and then was asked a series of questions regarding challenges overcome at work or school. I interviewed with two different people and they gave me similar questions. I felt that my seven years of past experience at Kroger would give me the leg up over my competition. Unfortunately, they are still waiting for a decision. If you want to increase your chances of getting a job do not move to Lamar.

What was your most challenging occurrence at work and how did you overcome it?
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.

Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
