I called the personal person, and negotiated my availability over the phone to get the interview. Once in the interview, I was relaxed and friendly because I already knew that I had what they were looking for at this time of year. An experienced Blitz participant, having survived two, I deserve a medal.

Easy, they were mainly concerned about my schedule and if it was flexible enough to cover the shifts they needed. It was straight forward and transparent . Any one could do it

I don’t understand this question. I really don’t know what to say. I’m sorry. If this means I have to describe an interview I don’t remember. All I know is the interview was an easy process. I had a great time with the interviewer.
If you get called for an interview, you can pretty much guarantee that you have the job unless you fail the drug test or are a complete idiot. The questions they ask are very easy. Nowadays expect to be employed as a Temp. A few months down the road, based upon your work ethic, you can expect to be hired on as part-time.
