Interview
Interview process was super fast I was literally in and out. I got the job on the spot, no need for a second interview. If you have previous customer service experience then you will be just fine :) just be calm, be yourself and you will walk out of there with a job!
the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.
Interviewer was a nice person. It was not very challenging or stressful to get through the interview. I felt confident in my interview that I would be considered for the job.
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
