I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (New York, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was pretty normal. I wouldn’t say it was any different than other interviews I’ve had with other potential employers. Some of the questions were hard, but some of them were really simple. I wondered how many people they were interviewing.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR)
Interview
Conversational, interviewed by 2 people. All questions had a negative spin to them, so be sure to practice the STAR method and concluding on a positive takeaway. From what I remember, there were 5-6 questions in total.
