Hard for a beginner easy for a mid senior.
But the coding tests are hard enough even for a senior developer.
First 2 interviews are just simple introduction to whomever we will be interviewing with.

4 part interview. Initial screen with hiring manager 1hr call with project manager and manager 1hr shared screen coding questions in a link with terminal provided 1hr on-site whiteboard coding questions in psuedo code
