I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Walmart Global Tech in Oct 2021
Interview
One three hour long technical interview with 3 separate interviewers. Two hours are spent fixing and building a test project typically sent beforehand and the last hour or so is not in Xcode but in a playground where you discuss architecture it is all 3 rounds in one, not everyone interviewing is familiar with the project or an expert on the process. Problem solving collaboratively is crucial

Architecture
It starts with some basic Java/Springboot/Kafka (producer and consumer etc.) questions, and then use Google docs to write 3 Leetcode questions(Easy to Medium) about String and HashMaps. Took around 40 mins.

Interview
I passed all the interviews only to be told at the end that they didn't have the budget. It took about 2 months. It was probably delayed because of budgeting issues.
