Review for Interview at Wallero – Lead .NET Full Stack Developer, Hyderabad My experience with the interview process at Wallero was quite disappointing and unprofessional. I was asked to complete the online assessment twice due to technical issues on their end, which I cooperated with, despite the inconvenience. However, what followed was even more frustrating — there was no communication regarding the assessment results. I had to follow up myself, only to be told that my profile was put on hold because I wasn’t serving a notice period. If that was known from the beginning, it’s unclear why my time was wasted with assessments and follow-ups. It's extremely disheartening when a candidate's time and effort aren't respected, especially in the name of a process that leads nowhere due to factors the company was already aware of. Professionalism and transparent communication are basic expectations in any hiring process, and sadly, that was missing here.

Overall, the technical interview process at Wallero was tough but incredibly rewarding. It was a great experience that pushed my skills to the limit and gave me a chance to showcase my technical abilities in a comprehensive manner. For anyone preparing for this interview, I would recommend taking the time to deeply understand data structures, algorithms, and system design, as those are key areas that will be tested. I’m grateful for the opportunity and excited about the possibility of joining a company that clearly values high technical standards.
