Used sweet words to lure me away from a teaching gig - very persistent if they think they can sucker you in (which in my case unfortunately looking for career advancement they did)

Interview

Applied for the post on-line, I then had two interviews with the centre director before a decision was made to hire me. Overall a painless process. I would recommend that you remember to discuss other life skills apart from teaching.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wall Street English (Seoul)

Interview

You are required to take an English level test first, and there were two round interviews. First round interview was with three managers. The interview quetions were pretty easy for me; they went over my resume and asked about it. The second round was with manager with a foreign manager and there were some behavioral questions.
