Received an email from a recruiter about the position and had a 30 minute conversation with hiring manager. The process seemed straight forward, but also scripted and unorganized. Expectations, employee evaluation was vague. Having interviewed with other organizations most recently, I'm glad I was passed for the position and will be pursuing other avenues.
