Interview
The service they use to manage applications is invite-only. During chats with the HR rep, I was informed that the position was already "filled." Observing this posting on multiple sites shows no removal, and it seems to be active.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walker Forge (Clintonville, WI)
Interview
An interview is easy to obtain. The HR representative is very friendly and easy to talk to. A short, relaxed conversation can be expected. Do not anticipate any challenging or deep questions. The entire interview will take place on site in the HR office. Afterwards you will be expected to complete a drug screening.
