Very easy, their main interest was that I had experience. They gave me a tour of new and used car building and offered to where I would be most comfortable. Not very strict on background. Mainly that you are forthcoming.

Interview
2.5 hours of the most genuine positive questions and asnwers. Somewhat misleading as the actual job expectations and the time allotted for training. more of a meet and greet envirenment. They appeared willing to spend time working around my current employment. Interview was arranged after hours and I felt very positive with the experience. I belieebve in hindsight I should have asked how many individuals had been hired and did not return from lunch. Durring a portion of the interview one was mentioned. I found out that I was actually the 4th hire in an attempt to fill the vacating position due tp interoffice premotion.
