The interview lasted roughly 15minutes. After the interview I was called back to take an assessment test for them to see which department I would work best in. IThe process took 30 days from the time I submitted my application until I got the call.

My process was quite fast... I was fist messaged by a staffing recruiter.. I responded to an email within 24 hours he called me for a phone one on one the later the same day I met one on one interview with another recruiter the next day I interviewed with alliance RX very simple nice interview she was very knowledgeable and highly informative. She said she would givey resume to the hiring team that was on a Friday Tuesday I had an offer... Total time to get an offer 6days... Training starts in one week

At first there was a brief overview of AllianceRX company background, mass growth of employee base and business progression in becoming partners with Walgreen's. Then came in F2F interview. Not only did the work environment company structure feel very 'start-up' like but the interviewers appeared more centered on filling a quota than candidates that would be assets to the new company.

2 interviews; one with hr and regular interview with management. after you are hired you do a drug screening and offer letter and hiring packet. There is 6-8 weeks of training in a classroom and test just about every day. You do not train with others already working at the call center.
