Panel style several rounds and behavioral based. The interview consisted of meeting with both the internal customers and other HR professionals. They also did a business overview to give context. Questions were very straight forward but with several interview sessions with similar questions.

Leadership capabilities and how you can articulate an experience where you had to display your leadership style towards a position that is not liked but needed.
Receive an email to arrange the interview date and time, then proceed to the 2nd round with the same process. Fluid and easy. The recruiter informed me of what would happen during the process.
