Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"

It was a short informal interview that lasted no more than 15 minutes that the manager tried to determine if I would be a reliable and trustworthy individual for the job.

What is your availability in terms of hours available?
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
