Was just under 3 hours and was in a group where it was to highlight teamwork and tram building. Had to build the highest newspaper stand with a group and show to take in partners help but to also show initiative to lead.
1 on 1 interview after if you are successful. It was important to keep positive and smile.
it Was a group interview that was conducted extremely well. some parts of the interview were by yourself and some was as a group activity. We had to come up with an idea that waitrose could bring out for a summer drink and present this to the managers with confidence

Group assessment - simple task, more about how you interact and approach problem solving than anything else. Then a 1 to 1 'chat' about your goals, why do you want to work for Waitrose, the usual stuff. This was a new store so lots of positions to be filled. They seem to allocate you a position based on your skills and what hours you are available to work.
