Online application & detailed questionnaire/personality check.Online notification of interview date.Interview psychologically exhausting with group activities and role-play all the while being watched by 2 staff to log our interactions.What it succeeded in doing was to weed out the less extrovert and those who are not 'game-players' rather than the sincere and conscientious types.Finally, the individual interview with the 30 or so having to wait to be called at random and being expected to converse engagingly in the meantime!

Interview
Looked on line for any roles, applied through the internet, answered some questions related to teamwork and a few competencies. Got a phone call inviting me to a one on one interview where i was asked a range of questions such as how I work in a team ect.. I then got another phonecall saying i have the job!
