Interview
There really was not much of a process to speak of. I was in college and I had a friend who worked there already and she referred me. I walked in, talked to the manager for a few minutes and was offered the job on the spot. Easiest interview ever.

The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
