Had one interview with unit manager, just spoke to district manager for second interview for quick second. Ask basic questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, what do you know about the company ?

The interview was very easy, with paid training following. Applied with a QR code, scheduled the interview myself, and was in and out of the interview in about five minutes, maybe less.
very quick and easy. got hired on the spot. the manager was nice. started working the same week. easy questions asked. background and other information. didn't feel too professional or too unorganized
