Interview
Very informal, was conducted in a booth during a rush. The manager had a list of questions that were barely touched and focused more on hygiene- which is to be expected in a food server. Interviewing manager was still "working the floor" and unable to completely focus on the situation at hand. It is a serving job and throughout the interview I felt that no one really took anything seriously.
I completed the application online and I did a phone's screen as well as a video interview. I got a call to meet with district manager i got the job a week later

Interview
The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
