pretty much hired on the spot. super easy, standard serving interview. no drug test not much to note really. they hire just about anyone. no tip share btw and cash at end of shift.

The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
