I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Waddell & Reed (Southlake, TX) in Nov 2011
Interview
Great experience and great location in Southlake - email received with invitation to group interview. Knowledgeable and impressive manager led career introduction interview and I learned a lot about the career and was given great information to decide if I wanted to continue on to a 1:1 interview. No pressure - no gimmicks - I appreciated this approach when considering changing careers. One on one is completed after personality test and more focused on --is this the career for me and how do I plan to be successful in this career - contacts - friends - circles of influence etc - where will my clients come from.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Waddell & Reed (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
Spoke to a representative at the career fair. Then they followed up with an email and a pre-screening questionnaire. Then a phone call interview. Next day received an email with their decision.

Question 1
How do I anticipate the future stock market to be.
One formal interview with immediate supervisor and informal one on one discussions with other advisors in the office. Security licenses already secured. Insurance license scheduled in next 30 days. Orientation training provided.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Waddell & Reed (Edina, MN) in Feb 2022
Interview
Short and I felt really judged based on appearance immediately; interviewer was not very friendly or accommodating to my own questions about the firm, as if he didn’t want to answer any questions.
