The process was very informal and easy. I was met by the front desk agent who directed me to the Lobby where I met with the General Manager and the Director of Sales. They were friendly and casual.
The process is straightforward. As long as you have experience in customer service then you got nothing to worry about. Just be calm and confident and offer will be made.

Hiring managers and interview panelists were open and honest about the role. The facility was amazing and everything you would expect from hospitality. Overall, it was a great interview experience.
