Interview
The whole process took about two weeks. I met with the CEO and the president, they are very nice people, the CEO is the father and shortly you can feel the respect. They were very open to hear about what I know about HVAC. They explained in details the process of designing an HVAC system and they were open to answer my questions. over all it was a very positive experince

Interview
It was enjoyable. The owner of the company was really personable, and seemed to be genuine in his enthusiasm and goals for the company. He asked direct questions, and was more concerned with how I fit into the company than how experienced i was.
