      Proposal Writer Interview

      12 Jun 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Detroit, MI
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Detroit, MI) in May 2015

      Interview

I submitted my resume and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. She informed me that my resume had made it past the first round of eliminations and that they would be in touch if I was selected for further consideration. Two weeks later I was contacted and submitted to a short phone interview. A few days later, a more lengthy phone interview was scheduled with the hiring manager for the team managing the position. A week after the second phone interview I had an in-person interview at the Towers Watson office. The interview lasted for four hours, and included three team interviews and an hour long aptitude test. The questions were not standard interview questions, and were all very tailored to the details of the position and to my resume. It wasn't something you could prepare for, I just had to be honest. The entire interview process took about 1 month.
