meet with 7 different associates one after another for a total of 5 hours, then they conduct an excel quiz and ask you to write a letter to board of director requesting for funding based upon the previous year budget.

Four round process. They are very slow in their hiring process. Most of the times they are not even interested in hiring new candidates. At least inform the candidates about the process in advance. I would not recommend actuarial analysts to apply here.
