1 telephone interview, 1 excel test and 1 face-to-face. Asked me about previous experience, what I knew about Willis, how good my data skills were, what my strengths/weaknesses were etc etc. Friendly atmosphere and good working hours. Only downside is pay is not that great but some potential for progression.
