Interview
A few weeks after I applied I had a phone interview. That went well and I was invited back for a second interview. THe second interview consisted of a dinner the night before with the other candidates and some staff, and the a long battery of interviews with Actuaries of various levels the next day.

The questions were the standard behavioral type questions, why should we hire you, etc.
The interview process was on Teams. The whole process is with some basic interviews questions by asking past experiences and some behaviours questions with two actuaries. The interview lasted for 30 minutes.
It was a Hirevue interview where they asked about 7 questions. After that, there were Hirevue two games that involved mental math and spatial recognition with different, spinning shapes. The Hirevue interview link came after applying about 5 minutes ago with my resume.

It's a pre-recorded interview with questions, and we need to answer them and record them in a video for 3 minutes for every question asks us to talk about our projects and certifications in our resume
