I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Brussels) in Aug 2019
Interview
Vacancy was made available through a LinkedIn publication, followed by a telephone contact from the internal recruiter and a face-to-face interview with 2 team members. A second telephone interview with a cross-regional leader was the next step. Pretty standard approach, but recruiter was responsive and very accommodating.

Question 1
Tell us about your journey and why you want to join WTW?
Very professional, very clear expectations. Overall, the interviewer was prepared, asked great questions, and strongly articulated the culture. They also provide topics and points of interest that would be discussed prior to the interview.

Question 1
Based on your background and experience, how do you see those overlapping with the positions roles/responsibilities.
There was a pre-screen, an Interview with the hiring manager, psychometric assessments, and a group presentation.
Everyone I met was lovely, but following the rejection, there wasn't a call to let me know or provide feedback. Given that I made it to the presentation phase I would have expected a call from the team.
