Interview
I applied on the company's website and received a call from the recruiter the next day. I had a phone interview with the recruiter and another HR staff member. A panel interview with 4 staff members was held 2 weeks later. The interview was fairly easy. Standard questions- why Towers Watson, how do you handle conflicting deadlines, how do you work with different personalities, etc. Everyone was super friendly and had great things to say about the company. The office is in a great area and is absolutely gorgeous! Cant wait to start!

The process moved at a nice pace and I was informed through the process. Communication was great and even though I did not get an offer, I would apply for another position as the process is well done.
