Question 1
“The most important question was how my previous experiences have specifically prepared me for the challenges of the position. It gave me the opportunity to directly link my strengths to the role.”
The interview process took a number of months. I applied in January, and was subsequently invited to undertake an assessment in May, followed by an interview shortly afterwards. Both the assessment and the interview were fair, and asked questions related to the position of an intern at the WTO. Additionally, I was asked questions relating to the specific division I applied for.
