Interviewer was friendly, good communication, all went smoothly. didn't get the offer since the experience was not inline with the job. Applied in early January, got the call in February. Interviewer forwarded my application to other department where my experience was more fitting.

first round phone interview, the second round teams interview, the third round HR background check. the teams interview consist a lot of technical questions, but all pretty basic ones such us configuration, how to design a system
waste of time, recruiter doesnt even know what she's recruiting for. the recruiters really need to know what they're hiring for, because frankly they clearly do not. The person I was talking with had no knowledge of the role at all. I don't understand the point of the whole conversation if you yourself didn't do the homework.
