I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WSP (Bengaluru) in Sept 2024
Interview
This is was through campus placement. The whole interview phase included 4 stages after preliminary selection at campus level. The first test was Aptitude test, the next one was Technical test, after clearing that an HR round was conducted. Post clearing this round, the selected candidates were called for an in-person assessment which lasted a whole day. This was the last stage in the whole process. This particular last stage was a whole day assessment consisting of many team based activities and one technical written test too. Overall no one can determine the actual qualities being assessed in the candidates, though it can be presumed that they look for confident, bold, thoughtful and creative individuals.
Online interview, lasted 1 hour.
Involved a zoom call where they asked me questions about my education, background and why I was interested in the role. There were 2 people interviewing me who were both friendly, they were testing to see how interested I was in transport.
